The project is carried out by K/xia Standard Construction SA. – C. Lydakis SA – Michael Leontarakis and concerns the construction of a new ground floor kindergarten building, approximately 640.00 sq.m. with underground warehouses and engine room. The building includes the semi-outdoor entrance area, the entrance vestibule with the toddler cloakroom, as well as the entrance hall, two classrooms, a multi-purpose room, an exhibition and play room, a weather shelter room, a rest room, a feeding room, a waiting area for parents with a library and support functions such as two teachers' offices, sanitary areas (disabled, adults, infants), kitchen, food storage and a staircase to the auxiliary basement areas (engine room, material storage) and to the roof (energy autonomy infrastructure) .
